The Center for Psychological Fitness believes providing clinical service is just one of many facets in which we can enrich our community. We seek to use our knowledge, expertise, humor and compassion to offer individuals and organizations many mental health educational opportunities.

Workshops/Public Speaking

Professional Training

We are pleased to offer supervision and mentoring for pre-licensed and early career mental health professionals. Dr. Grossman is a qualified supervisor for FL Ch. 491 Registered Interns in Mental Health Counseling and has extensive experience as a psychology postdoctoral supervisor.

Dr. Grossman is also recognized as an expert in the Millon Inventories (MCMI-III, MACI, MBMD, etc.) and the co-developer of the Personalized Psychotherapy approach, as well as specialized treatment for personality disorders. He offers workshops tailored to specific needs in these areas, ranging from 1 hour to 2-day trainings, which have been presented both nationally and internationally.
